Mt. Bachelor is my home mountain. I ski at Mt. Bachelor about 20 times a season. I love Mt. Bachelor but have recently been exploring what other ski resorts have to offer.

I was able to ski Whistler two times last season. It was a spectacular experience. The mountains pure size and abundance of terrain made it one of the best ski weekends I have ever had.

This panorama is from Mt. Bachelors run "Ed's Garden" of the Outback Express. It was taken during January 2016 after numerous big storms generously covered the mountain. The trees on this side of Mt. Bachelor are often crusted over with snow from intense winds.
This panorama was taken during the winter of 2015 from the top of Mt. Bachelor. To reach the absolute peak I had to take a short 15 minute hike to reach the top of the bowl. The descent had a nice layer of 3-5 inches of light snow.
This panorama was taken during December 2015 after storms covered the resort community of Sunriver. The Deschutes River is one of the main rivers on the East side of the Oregon Cascades. It offers great summer rafting, waterfalls, and gorgeous winter scenery.
I am currently a student at the University of Oregon studying business. I hope to pursue a career in finance and live in the Northwest. I have many ski resorts I want to visit during my life and hope to travel to them all.
